Overview

xelba is looking for a results-driven highly motivated sales representative to establish and manage a network of direct customers and reseller partners; with a proven track record in sales with evidence of meeting targets to actively seek new customers. A hands-on sales representative, who has experience of selling solutions, is needed to join a fast-growing tech company revolutionising IoT technology. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new organisation, driving sales and revenue for ground-breaking, innovative, sector leading products. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients. Being self-motivated is a key aspect of the role as the right person will want to grow a large account base by generating leads and prospects   Key Responsibilities Present, promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Self-generating a pipeline of opportunities via cold calling and other methods Achieve agreed upon sales targets Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Continuously improve through feedback The successful candidate will have the following attributes : Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales with evidence of meeting targets Min 2 years in sales (technical preferable but not mandatory ) Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferably Pipedrive but not essential) capable of working in a small to medium sized organisation highly organised and calm under pressure; Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable nature Ability to build rapport Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills (including contract review). Ability to write a term sheet or proposal Proven ability to negotiate and annotate an agreement Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Full driving licence This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive to join an innovative and inspiring organisation who offers the chance to work with a world class team.
