Harley Academy has a 5-year track record of exponential growth in our mission to drive up standards for patient safety. Harley Academy works in partnership with Gild Clinic. Gild Clinic is a unique cosmetic injectables and skin clinic. Our treatments are performed using only high-quality products. It is the only clinic in the country where every single practitioner has a masters degree level qualification in their sub-speciality. Overview of Role We are looking for an independent learner and 'do-er' to join the Harley Academy team in a new clinic, that will aim to deliver the best cosmetic treatments in the UK. You will be given training and guidance, as well as the freedom to define and evolve your role as we move forward. Requirements * Having the confidence to overcome selling challenges & ability to attract and entice customers, incorporating the client journey, brand story whilst engaging with customers * Maintaining an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint of the client's experience in the clinic and over the phone * Ensuring all client records are kept up to date * To confidently manage and overcome customer complaints/challenges in the clinic and over the phone * Responsible for selling the brands' unique offerings, treatments and home care products * Building and continuously updating knowledge on skincare, Products and Treatments * Accountable for meeting individual targets * Helping to identify trends in customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction * Ensuring patient enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently * Liaising with our patient coordinator and clinic staff regularly * Responsible for day to day patients booking and communicating the company cancellation and lateness policy to clients * Helping to keep a smooth running of the business * Performing other duties as assigned, based on business needs Desired Skills and Experience * Experience within beauty, retail and aesthetic * A team player with inspirational social skills * Exceptional customer service skills * Enjoys exploring opportunities and using own initiative * Articulate and confident communicator * Have an Interest in start-ups and an understanding of the challenges of working in a rapidly evolving environment * Be able to work weekends Benefits Contract: Full time Compensation: 20- 25k per annum plus commission (depending on experience ) Benefits > 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays > Company Pension scheme > Friends & Family treatment allowance > In house office food and drink > Vitality health program
