The Sales team is the core of Plandays growth engine and on a mission to rapidly scale our business, ensuring a global leadership position in the workforce management space. Working cross-functionally with Customer success and Marketing this role will play a central role in this mission. You will grow the commercial success of Planday in the LMB sector by identifying leads and driving end-to-end sales methodologies, including the qualification (in and out) of leads, nurturing and converting opportunities through to successful close. About you: * You have sales expertise focusing on driving revenue from the large and medium sized organisations. * Will be a pro-active, driven, and commercially minded sales expert with a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and a proven record of acquiring and developing large and medium sized accounts. * Will have demonstrable ability to identify, qualify, pitch, negotiate and close new business opportunities * Have a proven record of performing and exceeding expectations. * Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options * Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their success through the implementation and use of the Planday platform. * Develop new opportunity through canvassing, lead generation, partner relationships, and customer referrals. * You can follow end-to-end sales methodologies, including the qualification (in and out) of leads, nurturing, forecasting and converting opportunities through to successful completion. * You have flawless written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly and compellingly pitch the company product suite to senior executives in prospective client organisation. * You are proactive and ambitious, with the drive to build a robust pipeline, meet targets in a competitive sales environment and set an example for others to exceed expectations. * You can listen, interpret client need and establish exemplary professional relationships with prospects, via phone and in person. * You are well-organised with strong attention to detail and can follow standard sales processes and sales tools including Salesforce. * You are a collaborative team player, leading the way in your team with a commitment to working across the wider business with SDRs, marketing, Customer Success, and product, to meet your target as well as client and business need. * You are positive and resilient, able to remain professional at all times, whilst mentoring more junior members of staff and setting an example for others to do the same.
