Job Description

* Lead strategy and overall ecommerce operations for all European territories for Square Enix West. * Lead innovation and development of ecomm enhancements towards sales & revenue growth through the Square Enix Store. * Manage day-to-day product release cycles with support and delegation to direct report. * Continually strive to improve store efficiency metrics coordinating with warehouse and shipping vendors. * Leverage testing software and provide direction to development teams to make continual improvements in personalization and optimization towards a variety of sales KPIs simultaneously. * Strategically assess new revenue opportunities (bundling, discounts, rewards tiers, etc) and implement programs with a data-driven approach. * Partner across the marketing department, the broader organization, and with external agencies to facilitate conversion based digital marketing campaigns. * Effectively seek out and share opportunities for conversion improvement and lead implementation through the development team. * Concept promotional calendar and partner with American store team peers to drive global marketing campaigns. * Steward the Square Enix Store brand and uphold core brand consistency and quality across store and all partner product team deliverables. * Partner with internal and external teams to design, implement and report on new pages, assets, and tools for the website; Manage internal and external creative and development resources on multiple desktop and mobile sites; Understand and implement core SEO principles on-site. * Effectively manage projects with strong organizational and communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines daily Requirements Key Deliverables: eStore Performance Goals: Sales, Revenue, Net Revenue, Conversion Rate, Avg Cart Value eStore Campaign Execution: successful launches and partnerships with other teams within marketing Key Stakeholders: Head of Digital Channels, Sr Ecomm Manager-SEA, Merchandise Directors, Product Marketing Teams, Brand Marketing Teams, Online Development Director Knowledge and Experience * A strategic mindset, and passion for innovation, agile responsiveness, conversion rate optimization, website testing and driving results. * Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency. Ability to think creatively and strategically, but a willingness and desire to roll up your sleeves. * A proven record of effective leadership and desire to mentor and train junior to mid-level team members. Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking. * Proven experience and/or desire to work directly with senior leadership teams presenting strategy and results. * Expertise in online creative, website optimization, personalization and (re)targeting. * A minimum of 5 years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or a related role. Bachelors degree required. * Familiarity with general website development, optimization, analytics and performance practices: Coding, HTML, CSS, SEO, Metrics & Analytics, Segmentation & Personalization, Tag Management, CMS, A/B/n & Multivariate Testing; experience with following or comparable tools: Tealium UDH, Shopify/Magento, Wordpress, and Google Analytics.
