Our Change Management Consultants bring together a range of people change capabilities to help navigate our clients through digital evolution, helping them to set their strategic direction, create new operating models and deliver sustainable change. Our focus is embedding change properly, bringing every stakeholder along for the journey. Please note, we are now hiring for starts dates in Autumn 2020. Typical projects you could be involved in: * People change or transformation projects * Process change or transformation projects * Cultural change * Systems implementation (small to large s Requirements What youll bring: * A desire to build a career in the consulting sector * Business change management experience gained from successfully leading the organisational, cultural and stakeholder challenges of a transformation project * Experience integrating change management activities into project plan * Solid understanding and practical experience using Prosci, Adkar, and similar change methodologies * Ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and a talent for showing clients that we have the right solutions to their issues * Creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan * Willingness to travel as and when needed to clients around the UK * We trust our teams to create their own work-life balance and welcome people who want or need a flexible career through part time working * Promotions based on merit Benefits What well bring: * Training programmes to support you in developing core hard and soft consulting skills * Well provide challenging opportunities to learn, and well coach you as you grow both personally and professionally * Chaucer recognises and values its diversity and is committed to offering family-friendly employment policies that support business needs.
