Job Description

Are you a talented artworker wanting to work on a range of global brands? We are a London-based creative agency with a branch in Istanbul. We are looking for artworkers to assist us in our Istanbul or London offices. As an ArtWorker, you will be working alongside our design team to interpret clients needs and design solutions with high visual impact. You will be required to balance a variety of design projects, including web design, print design and branding for our clients from London, Istanbul, Hong Kong and USA. The ideal candidate will have an extensive range of design skills and a craving to learn more. We expect you to be independent, creative and versatile. As you will be working on multiple projects at once, it is crucial you can work well under pressure. Global markalarla almak ister misin? Requirements * Understand and work within brand guidelines * Creating artwork for on and offline communications, including brochures, booklets, leaflets, ads, emails, web banners, web pages and large format, following brand guidelines * To be able to update the designs on presentation decks according to the given brand guidelines * To be able to finish the layouts all the pages of a booklet with a given template * To be able to design all the web pages of a website within given brand guidelines * To demonstrate good industry understanding and commercial awareness * Demonstrate creative flair whilst working within brand guidelines * Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency and run through detailed artwork checks * Ensure effective file management * Take personal responsibility for the quality, consistency and presentation of artwork * Be a great team player and have good communication skills * Take an active interest in all studio projects to identify and resolve design, artwork and print challenges. * Managing the time, and the high volume of deadlines with an open mind and a positive can do attitude without panicking * Being open to professional development and knowledge of latest software * Liaise with suppliers and designers and ensure you are working to the correct specs * Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team Required Skills * A good level of written and spoken English is essential, as you need to communicate with clients and fellow team members in English. * Excellent Adobe CS skills; Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; Powerpoint and Keynote are mandatory * Good attention to detail and accuracy. * Comfortable with reading and analysing briefs * Excellent teamwork skills * Effective time management and ability to work well under pressure. * Excellent artworking skills (layout, creativity, attention to detail and methodical) * Experience artworking across marketing campaign collateral, PPT, events collateral * Ability to adhere to brand g
