What's special about this opportunity? We are seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic band 3 administration assistant to work within the Inpatients Psychology team at Prospect Park Hospital. The role will involve providing professional administrative support to the Psychology team. Flexibility and an ability to adapt to differing situations is at the core of delivering the service required and there will be a need to prioritise workload to meet sometimes tight deadlines. The post holder will be part of the Psychology team and will also need to be able to work autonomously at times. The nature of the role does mean that the successful candidate is likely be exposed to highly sensitive and sometimes distressing information that must be handled both professionally and in the strictest confidence.
