We are looking for a talented Associate, Comms Design to work on the AMAZON account. Role Responsibilities Client * Provide timely responses to adhoc client requests as required * Take ownership of client facing portal - ensuring content meets client needs * Support the UK Billings Manager and work alongside other members of the Communications Design team to manage the Amazon billing process on a monthly basis * Input into agency systems (e.g. Mediatools) ensuring accuracy of information; responsible for all plan details to be accurately inputted with correct naming conventions. Internal * Accurately load and maintain planning details within agency financial systems * Contribute to reporting and analysis of campaigns * Demonstrate knowledge of Ripple (Initiative's proprietary media planning tool) to quantify different communications scenarios that meet communications and business goals. * Excellent organizational, time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. On day one we would expect you to.. * Have a bachelor's degree in related field e.g. finance or equivalent work experience * Have the ability to drive projects from conception to completion * Possess strong written, verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to effectively multi-task * Have a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Have a strong eye for detail What you can expect from us...
