Reports to Director - Head of Data Strategy & Precision Marketing, Northern Europe Department - Marketing Position is based in Maidenhead/High Wycombe Office Purpose of role: Digital Strategy - Develop and nurture a guiding vision for digital marketing channels across the Northern Europe Consumer Healthcare group. This role provides the interface from marketing to the Digital IT organisation, providing expertise for digital product development, leading outstanding tools and capabilities as well as providing training and consulting relevant stakeholders on digital, related platform and technology standards. This person will be responsible for our website estate within Northern Europe, providing strategic mentorship across our SEO and PPC strategies to ensure that our websites gain maximum visibility and visitation. Main accountabilities: SEO & PPC strategy (30%) * Lead all aspects of SEO and PPC activity across J&J Consumer Health Northern European brand portfolio, providing best practice mentorship and insight to the brand teams and other key stakeholders. * Working closely with the agency to help the marketing team run effective PPC campaigns, as well as supporting the teams in optimising their websites with SEO best practices. * Ensure top quality delivery from our digital agencies across the execution of SEO and PPC Website and digital technology portfolio management (30%) * Manage our digital portfolio and roadmap, capturing demand planning, and aligning investments to maximise value delivery against business priorities * Build a strong working relationship with our internal Digital IT team to support development of our websites * Support brands with ongoing work, participate in technical discussions with agencies and IT partners to drive the successful delivery of digital business technology solutions based on local needs, whilst Digital strategy and executional support (30%) * Oversee the our holistic digital content strategy, curating and assorting content across marketing campaigns and eCommerce channels * Help develop the Digital IQ across the Northern Europe cluster * Supervise digital media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the use of digital media at J&J. * Identification and development of innovations in the online sector in the context of "Test & Learn" projects for different target groups of the company * Provide support on digital media optimizations and recommendations across media platforms to drive campaign KPIs. * Collaborate with digital team members on their key capability area to deliver added value and expertise to the brand teams. Digital business process oversight (10%) * Own the digital media briefing process, liaising with key business stakeholders (legal, privacy, IT etc) to ensure new digital channels campaigns are compliant with J&J global standards business * Key owner of DARM, BPRA and other critical digital business processes * Work with privacy teams and liaisons to ensure that our digital portfolio meets J&J data privacy standards Main interfaces/collaboration: Digital Team Northern Europe, UK Marketing, EMEA digital teams, IT, Analytics teams, Privacy, External Agencies and Partners.
