Department: Northern Europe Digital Marketing and eCommerce Team Location: Maidenhead/ High Wycombe Role reports to: Head of Data Strategy and Precision Marketing Principal Responsibilities: Digital Analytics - 45% + Lead the Digital and ecommerce analytics strategy for NE, understanding how it can influence marketing and commercial + Conduct data-mining and analysis to provide hidden insight and to address or highlight any business issues and questions by using a variety of data including, trading performance, digital marketing channel performance, ROI econometrics data, media spend data, ecommerce data and customer analytics + A key regional stakeholder within the EMEA Precision, Data & Analytics Chapter call to grow and drive analytics best practice in the region + Manage the sequence of reports for marketing teams of media budgets/ spends across Northern Europe - working with finance, the leadership team and J3 to ensure accuracy and timeliness throughout the year + Provide best practice mentorship on media channel optimisation using the ROI econometrics modelling data to maximise the efficiency of media campaigns and budgets, delivering insight and providing recommendations for the next steps + Design, develop and improve reviews for all digital activity by brand in order to share standard methodology for the Northern Europe cluster along with providing meaningful insights on all digital touch points that will lead to a clear recommendation for future growth + A good technical understanding Ecommerce Analyst - 45% + Conduct monthly and ad-hoc data analysis data from Amazon BVP, Profitero, Stackline, Channel Advisor and other ecommerce data platforms to deliver business insight and change + Lead on generating ecommerce insight for the marketing and commercial team and provide recommendations to improve performance + Sole owner and responsible for leading the Profitero relationship, this includes ensuring the business is getting the most value from the partnership, executing deep dive insights, reviewing the reporting process and looking for ways to deliver additional value and insights to the business + A good digital and ecommerce understanding Other responsibilities - 10% + Liaise with external agencies when required on sophisticated analysis and present results back to stakeholders + Co-ordinate and run the digital and ecommerce analytics strategy and training programme for NE + Develop and maintain effective external relationships with key opinion leaders, agencies, customers and suppliers, as appropriate + Ensure all business practices are company and country compliant and in line with the Credo and global leadership profile Qualifications Personal Characteristics: + Results & performance driven - assumes personal ownership and accountability for business results and solutions; consistently delivers results that meet or go above and beyond; makes the customer central to all thinking; keep the focus on driving customer value + Collaboration & teaming - puts interests of enterprise above own; works well across functions and groups; builds team effectively; inspires followership; instills a global mindset; champions best practice + Sense of urgency - proactively senses and responds
