We have achieved consistent growth and our breakthrough plans make this a great place to further your career The Marketing Manager Digital Solutions, Global Smoking Cessation is a strategic role within the Self Care Global Franchise Organization. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of the global need state strategy, brand relevance, and implementation. This position reports into the Director of Marketing New Business Models & Endeavour for Global Smoking Cessation based in High Wycombe, UK. As the Marketing Manager for Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for: * Developing Connected NRT & Digital Smoking Cessation Services notably driving: * App Launch Analytics and Optimizations for portfolio of Connected NRT Therapies * Defining and delivering Pilot Tests and Launches of Smoking Cessation Digital Programs Specifically, you will: * Lead cross functional teams including R&D, IT, Medical, Regulatory, Agency Partners, and partner with local brand teams in our Lead Markets to deliver digital solutions * Work with internal (JJIC) and external 3rd parties to brief, assess and progress promising new opportunities, innovations in the connected devices, ecosystem and business model space * Partner with R&D to validate upstream technologies & assess for equity fit * Partner with Global Strategic Insights & Equity Owners to validate global innovation * Create the global pipeline based on need states growth platforms * Work with the lead regions and markets to deliver global communication campaigns * Collaborate with key technology organizations within J&J (JJT, H&W, ecommerce team) to build new innovations and capabilities in the technology space You will develop transferable success models across countries, transferring insights and best practices globally in partnership with the Future of Self Care Team. Qualifications Qualifications Experience Required: (What) * A BA/BSC degree or a master's in business or marketing specialization * A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in setting a vision and executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a top tier multi-national over-the-counter drug company * Required prior experience: * Global experience a must and experience in multiple global regions in over-the-counter drugs preferred due to high level of regulatory variability * Delivering in ambiguity where you will be defining and delivering against new processes or capabilities for the organization preferably in the digital space in a regulated environment * Ability to deliver exceptional results while working remotely/virtually in different time zones and/or markets than key team members * Marketing in a digital world, (i.e. social media, e-commerce, analytics, on-line) * Leading in a matrix environment and cross functional teams * Successful partnership with R&D and IT organizations to develop innovative products supported by specific and relevant brand messaging * Providing marketing thought leadership-taking consumer insight and using it to drive thinking and good decisions * Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions * Proven skill in executing and delivering brand leadership in a similar integrated brand leadership role * Consistent track record in project management (preferably at global/regional level * Ability to travel up to 30% internationally Behavioural (How) * An entrepreneurial spirit: A real passion for new ways of doing things, challenging convention and leaning into agile ways of working.
