Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Human Capital (HC) Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary A career in our Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You'll help our local offices in driving the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace. * Work on the recruitment to ensure the objectives depicted in the human capital plan (both ineffiency and quality terms of our new hire) are met. * Facilitate the annual performance management process. * Manage employee relations - employee concerns and grievances, employee health and security. * Co-ordinate the SDC on-boarding and training activities. * Other works assigned by HR Manager * Bachelor's Degree, major in Psychology or Human Resources will be highly preferable * At least2 year HR related working experience, Recruiting experience will be an advantage * A good working knowledge of HR operation principles and concepts (i.e. Recruitment, Performance management, Compensation & Benefits and Employee relations) is preferred * Proficiency with MS Office applications(Excel,Word,PPT) * Excellent communication skill, Good learning ability * Fluency in the English language * Be adaptive to changes and highly customer orientated * Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements 0% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
