Job Description
The Global Specialty Fulfillment Supply Chain team is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects. Key area that this role will work on is - Distribution Centers supporting our multiple grocery businesses, which is a rapidly growing space within the specialty fulfillment business across EU. As we build out our distribution center network for the future, we are seeking a Program Manager that will own defining all under the roof processes across Inbound and Outbound operations. You will be responsible for the variable cost structure of the business and continuously innovate to reduce costs within the distribution center network. This role is located in London and will consist of 15-25% travel. Responsibilities include: Determining distribution center processes for greenfield operations that do not exist today Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes. Improving customer experience and continuously removing cost from our fulfillment network. Designing new metrics and enhancing existing metrics to support the future state of the business. Defining new tech features and corresponding financial justification to support continuous improvement efforts. A successful candidate will also demonstrate: High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Willingness to challenge and influence big leaders. Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others.
