Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** Facebook's Infrastructure Data Center (IDC) Tooling team manages portfolios of Operations Systems software delivery and workflow process projects. We are a geographically dispersed, multi-disciplined team of program managers, delivering critical software to our operations team. Our customers span a number of locations within the overall operations organization.The EMEA infrastructure teams (based in Dublin) continue to grow. We are therefore seeking a Program Manager (PM) to join the team. We require you to own a suite of Operations Systems products and oversee and drive multiple complex, cross-functional, high impact software delivery programs in collaboration with a team of engineers. For every one of the projects within your program, we need you to manage design, implementation and delivery phases of the program and evolve new Operations Systems rapidly. Each Operations System is highly automated to continuously manage our servers, routers, storage, communications and facilities systems. **Required Skills:** 1. Manage cross-functional project teams of engineers and end-users to design and develop Operations Systems to meet company goals, program objectives and key results 2. Initiate concurrent projects from as early as the idea stage and oversee software delivery, rollout and adoption of Operations Systems products, using fast, re-iterative methodologies 3. Collaborate closely with engineering teams in different locations, to drive high-impact projects to successful completion 4. Build strong relationships, gain consensus, resolve conflict and focus on the problem statements to be solved 5. Identify and communicate frequently all risks and changes to the program and regularly update stakeholders on issue resolution 6. Drive blocking issues to problem resolution and assign owners, despite high ambiguity and uncertainty 7. Gather and prioritize stakeholders' requirements for current and future program phases 8. Agree impact, benefits, measures of success and target milestone dates 9. Present product releases, progress on program monthly to directors and VPs 10. Work with Stakeholders to identify next half, next year roadmap deliverables for your assigned program 11. Define end-to-end operations processes in use today and identify gaps where new Operations Systems functionality is required to automate and scale the processes 12. Collaborate with Technical Writers to produce Product Wiki pages, troubleshooting documentation and training **Minimum Qualifications:** 13. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering 14. Certified Project Manager e.g. PMI/PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master who is seasoned at hands-on management of multiple projects concurrently 15. 8+ years' experience working within highly technical environments, with responsibilities in project management or software engineering 16. 5+ years' experience of Project Management in a high-tech, fast-paced environment 17. Software delivery experience building large wide-scaled solutions, using re-iterative/agile type software delivery methodologies 18. Ability to define program roadmaps, translate strategic initiatives into actual programs of deliverable work 19. Problem solver with proven ability to deliver high value solutions at a constant high output 20. Driven. Proven ability to multi-task, executing phases of different projects concurrently and to work without direct supervision **Preferred Qualifications:** 21. High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, very organized, pro-active listener, self-starter 26. Knowledge of DCIM Systems, Monitoring, Alerting, Data Center Facilities and Data Center technologies
