Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity to join our Workforce Directorate as the Workforce Programme Manager (E-rostering & Job Planning) on a one year fixed term basis. This is a project role to lead the implementation of an e-job planning solution to cover the Trust's AHP and other allied clinical professions and to develop competency-based, clinical demand led e-rostering. At a Trust-wide level the project aims to: * Promote a patient-centric approach to rostering * Ensure optimal utilisation of substantive staff of all roles, skills, grades, and types * Contribute to the reduction of spend of temporary staff, in particular agency staff * Give complete visibility of the Trust's ability to meet clinical demand and assist with capacity and demand planning This is a key position within the senior management team within Workforce and will develop key links with the Chief Nurse's Office, assuming overall responsibility for the implementation, management of change and for the provision of specialist advice and guidance.
