Job Summary Job Description Our Offer This is a great opportunity to grow into an important role in the Global Business Operations Team, which is the backbone of Professional Services, by providing invaluable support and informationto the Leadership teams both globally and locally that enable them to make strategic and tactical decisions to maximize revenue and profit margins for the Company" - Director, Global PS Operations We are looking for a technically aware and client focused analyst with excellent Microsoft product skills and exposure to MSSQL to help develop and produce management information reports and presentations.The analyst will also take on the role of a Tenrox Administrator as well as supporting the development and testing of any other Professional Services system support tools. What You'll Do * Undertake administration of the Tenrox application * Development of reports using Upland Analytics * Develop and produce SQL Stored Procedures and Microsoft Visual Studio reports from Tenrox * Develop and creation of regular management information reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis on regional and global Professional Services management and productivity performance as required * Creation of ad hoc reports and analysis as requested * Provide 2ndline support for Tenrox issue management * Undertake testing support for new iterations of The Q Pricing Configurator from a Professional Services perspective * Participate in Operational initiatives and projects as and when required What We're Seeking * Ideally educated to a degree level or relevant work experience. * Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Visio skills, including Microsoft Visual Basic * Proficient in SQL (desirable, but not essential) * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a demanding multi-tasking environment and be accountable for results * Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle and Professional Services Application (PSA) * Ability to work on own initiative * Excellent team participation Why Make a Move to FICO?
