The Impact Youll Have This is a part-time role, 3-4 hours a day, and an ideal opportunity for someone looking for flexible working. You will work alongside the CEO out of a small office in the Eversholt, Bedfordshire. Day to day * Assist the CEO with the management of priorities concerning special projects and related tasks, including attending planning meetings as required, maintaining a calendar of key priorities and activities, determining meeting agendas, briefing colleagues, attending internal and client meetings with or on behalf of the CEO where required, and preparing, shaping and/or checking information presented * Maintain and provide a support service for the CEOs daily schedule, including forward planning of his workload, diary management and coordinating and collating all relevant paperwork * Schedule appointments and meetings, as requested, including regular 1-2-1 meetings * To service meetings including All Hands (All Company), preparation of meeting materials, obtaining and preparing briefing materials and presentations, and taking minutes/actions, when requested * Use own initiative to respond and advise efficiently to all electronic or verbal enquiries on behalf of the CEO * Liaise positivity and effectively with internal teams and external contacts. * Maintain a client information database (e.g. last conversation had, likes/dislikes, etc). Develop and utilise historical information; provide retrieval of information * Advise on impending work deadlines for both internal and external commitments, e.g. reports, presentations, conferences, projects, actions from direct report 1-2-1s * Assist in the coordination of conferences, from event management, budgetary control, diary notices etc * Monitor the use of corporate purchasing and credit card.
