Our client is looking for Executive Assistants:


QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business Management or any other related fields.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity and Knowledge of general office operating procedures.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Must be computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office.

The ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.

The ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer

Supports staff by facilitating interdepartmental communications, Serving as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other departments, Individuals and external institutions

Composes and prepares written documentation and correspondence for the office on behalf of the CEO

Evaluates incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails, prepares responses as appropriate

Record minutes of meetings when requested, distributes and files same

Answer telephone calls in a pleasant, efficient manner and communicate effectively.

Schedule confidential appointments, Plan itineraries arrangements of meetings and business trips
