We are looking for an Executive Assistant:
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Manage special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a strong background in recruitment and lead generation.Proficiency in using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to source candidates and generate leads.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
