About the Role We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our USA & Canada sites. Responsible for trade, marketing & promotions, as well as brand direction for this key territory, this is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop your own sites, in a fast paced working environment collaborating with and learning from the best in the business. This role would be particularly suit a confident and ambitious sales or marketing enthusiast with a real thirst for success and someone comfortable immersing themselves with key team members from day one. Covering all aspects of the US site strategy, we are open to meeting applicants from a variety of trading or marketing backgrounds. Responsibilities Owning two of our biggest sites & with the support of a Trading Executive, this role comes with lots of spotlight, as the opportunity within this region is considered to be key for PBK in 2020 and beyond. You will be crucial to the site success, with autonomy over your territories trading plans and influence the customers online experience. We are looking for a passionate, ambitious person to drive site improvements and really engage with our customers expectations Our daily trading calendar moves at pace, and we have an exciting list of strategic projects that will really drive the business forward on our US site. These projects stretch across every function within the business, offering you diversity and collaboration as well as a unique opportunity to really own, drive and deliver a high-priority area of the business Requirements * 2 years industry experience in a similar commercial role * Experience with brand building, activation and content strategy * Experience with market research, partnerships and event planning * Knowledge, understanding of digital strategies via PPC, SEO and CRM * Confident communicator with excellent influencing skills experienced across sales, pricing and commercial analytics * Experience of the United States or Canadian e-commerce market * Experience or a personal interest in sports or cycling Benefits * Competitive salary * Discounted Gym membership * Access to onsite doctor * Enrolled onto company pension plan * Employee discounts
