Our client are a fast growing ecommerce business. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of growing the Websites Trading & Conversion Strategy with the senior team to drive business performance Key part of this job will be managing onsite trading and improve conversion across the business websites. You will be responsible for visually merchandising websites. Your focus is to understanding customer behaviour and present the right offers at the right time, show them the products they want the most and offer them an experience that is easy and enjoyable. This role requires strong trend awareness to develop merchandising strategy based on product ranges to ensure the website is reflecting buying trends and competing effectively with competitors. You will be working in a collaborative and close-knit team therefore a cross-functional approach to working is essential. Responsibilities Visual merchandising for the homepage, promotions, emails and affiliate campaigns Making it easier for the customers to find the desired category and product Merchandise products in an orderly, understandable and inspirational way to maximise onsite conversion and revenue Manage any issues with visual merchandising rules, missing images or other things that impact the presentation of products online Full management of onsite search behaviour and optimisation to deliver enhanced onsite experience Informing visitors about the latest offers and trends by highlighting them at strategic points across the onsite journey Maintenance of customer facing product updates including Back in Stock products, product bundles, linking product lines and curation of product edits. Create and manage discount codes for wide range of digital marketing campaigns Apply effective planning and tactical trading activities by working with wider team Able to plan in advance for key promotional events and peak trading periods Skills A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role Hands on experience with ATTRAQT is preferred but not essential, training will be provided Hands on experience with NOSTO is preferred but not essential, training will be provided Basic understanding of HTML Able to work independently and manage end- to-end processes Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent written communication, copywriting and proofing skills Be able to work in a team and adapt to an agile working environment Excellent package on offer.
