FactSet's Corporate Responsibility (CR) Team is responsible for developing a strategic CR program focused on volunteerism, match giving, and corporate grantmaking. Our global Corporate Responsibility work focuses on four Pillars of Service: * Inspire tomorrow's engineers: Providing the spark that young people need to become future science and technology leaders. * Elevate to educate: Preparing young people for success with basic math and literacy skills, business and finance knowledge, and employability skills. * Alleviate food insecurity: Ensuring that our neighbors have access to safe, nutritious food. * Protect our environment: Preserving natural resources and community green spaces in the places where we work. This post is a fixed term maternity leave cover for the role of Corporate Responsibility Manager EMEA & APAC as part of the CR Team a period of 12 months from 17 August 2020. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join a company known for its caring culture, can-do attitude, and focus on providing the best service to our clients. The post is responsible for sustaining a strategic volunteering, grantmaking and match giving Corporate Responsibility (CR) program for EMEA and APAC. The postholder will work with the CR Manager, Americas and CR Committees in each of our offices to support the growth of the CR program, manage the overall budget, develop strategic partnerships with non-profits, and track key metrics for participation and impact. Responsibilities * Manage a strategic volunteering, grantmaking and match giving CR program for EMEA and APAC. * Partner with CR Manager in the US to ensure program is continually enhanced, globally consistent, and compliant with best practices consistently shared. * Deliver three global CR programs per year in partnership with the US CR Manager and CR Committees: * Hunger Awareness Week (alleviate food insecurity) * Global Relay for Good (protect our environment) * Technovation (inspire tomorrow's engineers) * Lead on preparation for Hunger Awareness Week 2020 globally for the September - October period. * Develop and manage additional location-specific company-sponsored volunteer activities in EMEA/APAC including: * Identifying appropriate nonprofit partners * Working with non-profit partners on partnership management, logistics, trouble-shooting events, and debriefing and reporting on each activity * Implementing the volunteer activities through the CR Committees * Communicating about events and their impact * Evaluating the activities through post event survey * Partner with US CR Manager to manage the CSRConnect and GrantsConnect technology platforms powered by YourCause. * Provide guidance whenever necessary and attend the monthly CR Committee meetings with each location. * Oversee the CR budget for the regions, using Workday P2P and GrantsConnect to manage and record spending. Reconcile spending on a quarterly basis. * Provide information to Corporate Communications on EMEA/APAC CR activities for inclusion in various communications tools. * Present internally to promote engagement of individual contributor, managers and senior leaders. * Cultivate an executive sponsor in each of the major offices (London, Paris, Frankfurt, Hyderabad, Manila, Hong Kong). Encourage senior leadership, in addition to the sponsor, to support CR by attending events, talking about its importance in meetings and materials, and creating a culture that recognizes the importance of CR to our community and company. * Plan and execute a global recognition program for CR Committee members and volunteers in partnership with the US CR Manager. * Plan and execute employee gift matching program in the UK. * Assist with ESG Questionnaires as needed. * Participate in contributing to the annual Corporate Responsibility Report. * Advance the strategic direction of the CR program towards FactSet's long term goals. Job Requirements * University degree or equivalent educational / experiential attainment. * Five years' experience in corporate responsibility or senior level role at a not-for-profit organization. * Able to work successfully in a remote team with a remote reporting line and close teammates out of country. * Experience of success in: * Project management. * Organizing and leading volunteer events and managing global volunteer programs. * Able to hit the ground running and identify priorities. * Able to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, striking the balance between encouragement to engage and guidance using your expertise. * Able to work with teammate
