Country: United Kingdom Location: London Function: Marketing & Sales Level: Experienced Professional Appointment Type: Permanent In Q1 2020 we published our new corporate purpose: "To build a better tomorrow, by reducing the health impact of our business through offering a greater choice of enjoyable and less risky products for our consumers." We simultaneously launched full new corporate branding and also brought all corporate communications under the single responsibility of our CMO. We are now building capabilitites to bring our new purpose and brand to life globally , across all media and are looking to bring new skills , experience and fresh thinking into our Brand team. The chance to influence a generational shift and Industry transformation . The role will support and manage the designing and activating our new corporate identity . It will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders and agencies to build the brand across all touchpoints: internal and external. The role will also cover engagement with the regions , functions and end-markets, to advise and ensure a consistent roll-out and implementation. Principal Accountabilities: * Contribute to the brand strategy in producing the consumer insights, competitive analyses, technology trends to define the needs and opportunities. * Maintain the global brand guidelines , from visual identitiy, branding, tone of voice, through to internal communication consistency. * Manage agency & internal projects to refine the marketing mix & media strategy , including supporting digital and social media solutions. * Work closely with IT/Digital functions and supporting teams to ensure metrics and data strategies are enabled and aligned with measurement and tracking needs, * Work in collaboration with other functions to ensuring the deployment of a globally consistent brand in end-markets and GH. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: An establishedBrand Marketeer with in-depth experience in all aspects of brand marketing andincuding SP&I and Activation. Essential background will include: Track record of delivering big initiatives, launches and proects. Experience gained in-market and desirable above-market roles. -Management of creative agencies -Extensive marketing experience Skills: -Drive to deliver in a diverse team, with strong interpersonal skills. -Brand marketing 'instincts' and the ability to judge creative work. -An understanding of consumer behaviour, insights & research -Fluency in written and spoken English, possessing effective communication, writing and editing skills -Strong analytic skills & logical/creative thinking. -Experience in digital marketing -Resilient, flexible and confident to work in a fast paced dynamic environment -Project management Working Relationships: Engage with 50+ Corporate brand/communications executives around the world & Peer teams: Corporate & external comms, Digital & IT. End Markets communications managers, Legal & External Affairs, Marketing, Human Resources Creative, social media & PR agencies.
