The main job objective is to provide consulting advice and service to clients to support the varying needs in improving finance function including financial transformation, management accounting, external and internal reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cost and profitability analysis and performance management. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years' working experience, preferably with 3 years in a business consulting firm taking a leading role in project delivery. * Strong business acumen, with rich experience in one or more of the following disciplines: * - Financial transformation consulting for large enterprise , such as finance strategy, finance organization and business dataflow design, etc; * - Budget and management reporting consulting and system implementation for large enterprise; * - Financial analysis and forecasting modeling design and implementation on different business area; * - KPI system design during budget or management report project; * - The other digital finance and data analysis solutions. * Experience in the operations, implementation or as a "super-user" of ERP/EPM/BI systems is a plus; * Experience working in Big-4 firms or other global consulting firm is a plus; * Demonstrated trusted advisor with in-depth understanding of the industry and market; * Demonstrated key subject matter expert with the ability to develop thought leadership and deliver solutions for clients; * Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff manage project budgets, and develop strong client relationships; * Proven capabilities in delivering business transformation projects and programs; * Ability to direct high-performing teams across the organization through strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills; * Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; * Willing to travel within region for projects.
