Job Description
Please note, this role can be based in either the London or Luxembourg offices. Amazon Global Speciality Fulfilment is looking for Program Managers with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs. The role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. You will join the Continuous Improvement team, driving initiatives across GSF Europe. Responsibilities/ Activities: Data mining and analysis for EU GSF Ops and central teams. Subject matter expert on larger processes and activities within the Fulfilment Centre, ensuring in line with standard work that best practice is shared with other distribution centers within the network. Leading cross-functional projects tasked with solving operational problems. Partner with central teams to drive business improvements across the network utilising methods such as Kaizen and 5S. Drive Continuous Improvement projects across the EU region. Audit and benchmark FCs to ensure best practice is being followed and shared across the network.
