We are looking for a Business Development Officer to join our growing commercial team based in London. We are a London based Big Data and Machine Learning start-up building petabyte scale software solutions. We are founded in 2015 by Oxford University graduate/engineer Joyeeta Das (CEO) in 2015 along with Oxford AI PhD, David Kell (CTO). RESPONSIBILITIES: - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments - Perform cost/benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs - Participate in sales/commercial decisions and help extend the CCO's purview - Devise and track KPIs that reveal Gyana's sales, especially the part assigned to yourself - Use our CRM system to provide metrics on leads YOU ARE: - Recent graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role - Tech enthusiast - love software, new trends, tech and excited to learn new software - A self-starter that won't be afraid to step in when needed - Excellent relationship building and management - Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities - Super motivated, can-do attitude, problem solver and can work in a fast-paced environment Employment Type: FULL_TIME
