RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS MORE ABOUT THIS JOB What We Do Our team is a fundamental part of GS' Prime Brokerage business within the Securities Division. We drive major business decisions and provide valuable analytics and recommendations to internal stakeholders as well as external clients. In this entrepreneurial role, we balance our time between building large, scalable platforms to democratize data and providing analysis and advice to the desk, management or clients. Our team has a direct impact on key revenue streams for the group. Your Impact If you are looking for a high impact position allowing you to fully leverage your strong quantitative, analytics, programming and communication skills, then our team is the ideal opportunity for you. You will build data analytics systems and platforms and use them to identify and execute new revenue opportunities while working closely with Sales, Trading, Senior Management and Clients. You will establish and build on existing partnerships with colleagues across the Securities Division and the Finance Division. You will enjoy a role that rewards multi-tasking, initiative, adaptability and strong execution and have a direct impact on key revenue streams of the firm. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Responsibilities As a member of this team, you will be expected to have a broad understanding of equities and fixed income markets and will gain detailed knowledge of the revenue and capital drivers of the physical and synthetic prime brokerage businesses. You will develop analytics models and platforms and use them to identify client and business-wide revenue opportunities; provide trends and factor analysis across client portfolios; work on optimally pricing new client portfolios based on predictive models.
