WHAT WOULD I BE DOING IN THIS ROLE AT INTROHIVE? Introhive's impressive and strategic growth in the Relationship Intelligence and Automation market has been such that we are looking to add an experienced and passionate sales leader that thrives in a high-performing environment and has had success in delivering strong results while enabling and scaling a culture based on collaboration and winning. As Director, Business Development, you will lead, support, and train the BDR team in their efforts to generate sales-qualified opportunities in order for the organisation to ultimately deliver on its sales quotas. WHAT WOULD MY MAIN DUTIES BE? The Director, Business Development is an expert in sales process, playing a pivotal role in coaching and guiding the sales team to achieve personal and office-based sales targets. - Lead a growing team of high performing BDRs - Provide ongoing support, motivation, and development to strengthen your team's selling techniques enabling them to achieve their goals - Provide detailed analysis and reporting on your team's KPI progress on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis - Collaborate and align with business development, marketing, client success, and product teams; providing intuitive feedback when needed - Work with the Regional Vice-President to develop and deliver a strategy to exceed quarterly/annual revenue goals - Work with the leadership team to identify and implement process improvements that promote productivity and drive efficiency WHAT IS INTROHIVE LOOKING FOR FROM ME? - Demonstrated ability to nurture and support a bright and enthusiastic team as they develop their skills at the early stages of a career in enterprise sales - Proven track record of delivering and enforcing process execution with specific and measurable business outcomes - Have a true passion for leading people and be an integral part of their growth and success - 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience - 3+ years of demonstrated sales or business development leadership experience managing a successful lead generation team - Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience preferred - Strong awareness of the challenges of CRM implementation and adoption - Recognises the importance of 'relationships' in today's B2B sales environment and how tracking and measurement of these contributes to revenue targets WORK LOCATION Introhive EMEA operates from central London (Holborn). This is an office-based role, with rare requirement to travel across UK&I, with some International travel as needed (e.g. travel to USA / Canada Head-Office locations). Apply for this Job
