This team is a hub of product knowledge working with marketing and operational teams to oversee product led activities. We have a deep understanding of our players, the products we offer them, and what our competitors are offering. The value of the function is delivered through working with other teams so being collaborative with excellent communication skills is a must for success. Through monitoring game performance, customer feedback and competitors they spot new opportunities and are expected to be the driving force behind us realising those opportunities. Our Live Casino Operations Manager who, together with the Head of Product Operations, ensures that the Live Casino offer for Gamesys Group is consistently among the best in the market. Live Casino is a very important part of the entire gaming offer for all our ventures. You have a passion for table games and casino in general and eager to find out what a Live Casino player wants and needs. You also have the capability to deliver the necessary work to deliver a best in class Live Casino product and you have a data driven mindset. Key Responsibilities * Build strong relationships with teams across Marketing, Operations and Technical. * Own the Live Casino business for the entire group for all brands and markets. * Review and analyse the performance, player behaviour and activity of all Gamesys Group Live Casino and identify issues/opportunities. * Align internally with relevant stakeholders to support the Live Casino product where necessary, such as brand managers, casino product marketing and acquisition marketing. * Analyse player behaviour, player activity and trends and draw relevant conclusion for the market. * Check and optimize the quality of our dedicated dealers on a regular basis. * Be the key point of contact for all our Live Casino Providers, building strong relationships and setting best practices. * Drive marketing and promotions with relevant internal and external teams and support the business in all things Live Casino. Essential Skills * Minimum 1 year of relevant (Live) Casino experience with ideally global focus. * Strong analytical skills. * Lives and breathes online, loves technology and is passionate about gaming and gambling. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience in building relationships with internal stakeholders. * Ability to work independently.
