Job Description

The Role : We are looking for a driven and motivated New Business Consultant to join our expanding team based in our Sawston office. Working in a friendly, fun and highly motivated environment this position is ideal for an enthusiastic team player. Your role will be to call new and existing clients, introduce them to Excell and offer them our award winning services and solutions or up-sell to existing clients. The ideal candidate will have some inside sales or telesales experience and may have worked for a technology company previously. Required Skills & Experience : * Previous telesales/inside sales experience of working in a business to business sales environment. * Target driven and motivated. * Excellent interpersonal, commercial, communication and negotiation skills. * Demonstrable ability to not only achieve but exceed targets and KPI's. * I.T. literate. * Ability to operate under own initiative and be proactive. * Data entry experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. * Experience working within the technology sector preferred but not essential as full training will be given. * Good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and nurture business relationships at senior level.
