Job Description

Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + Experience in a business development, channel and partner development, partner management, online marketing, and/or strategic/management consulting role. Preferred qualifications: + Experience with the cloud ecosystem and presenting to audiences. + Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other similar cloud technologies. + Excellent Partner Development and management skills. Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative. On this team, you will drive Google Cloud business relationships by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Google returns, pitching ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Google teams to deliver. Google's Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users' needs, advance our partners' goals, and further Google's mission. Our team provides meaningful solutions - from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners. + Engage senior stakeholders (C-Level and SVP equivalent) with large global consulting partners. + Harness executive and sales partner relationships to build trust with stakeholders in the Google Cloud Field Sales Teams, and establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts. + Achieve goals for pipeline, business growth, and certifications. + Lead regional joint business development planning processes with partners that develop mutual performance objectives, targets, and critical milestones. + Manage complex enterprise negotiations, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to pull for success.
