Job Description

We are looking to appoint a Deputy Manager for antenatal clinic at both City and Queens. This is a very exciting opportunity to develop your leadership and managerial skills. The role is to provide visible leadership to antenatal clinic and to co-ordinate the clinic on a daily basis. This is across site role so the successful applicant will be expected to work on both sites. We have a caring and supportive team of midwives dedicated to the delivery of effective patient care. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly as part of a team are essential and be able to prioritise workload and work well as a team member. As a caring and positive person you will be committed to delivering high quality care whilst adhering to the trust values and behaviours. This is a clinical role with allocated hours to the deputy role, you must be a band 6 midwife, the role is to work alongside the multidisciplinary team with the passion to continually improve the care we offer . This is a full time 37.5 hour post and is based over city and QMC campus.
