£18 p/h – Band 6 Equivalent/Circa £37.4K | 40 Hour Contract – Days | Large Nursing Home | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered A leading Nottingham elderly and dementia care home currently has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with clinical management experience to work as Deputy Manager. Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Nurse Deputy Manager position are as follows: A permanent contract of 40 hours per week, working flexible day shifts Very competitive rates of pay of £18 per hour, which is in line with NHS Band 6 rates of pay and a salary of circa £37,440 A supportive working environment and ongoing learning and development opportunities As RGN/RMN/RNLD Nurse Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated. You will also play a key role in the management and support of staff within the home. Applicants for this Nurse Deputy Manager role should meet the following criteria: NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD Currently working at Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager level or equivalent in a UK care home Ideally have completed a recognised management qualification, or are willing to undertake this Passionate about high standards and providing care without compromise Flexible to meet the needs of the home To apply now, please follow the link provided.
