ASSOCIATE ROLE As an Associate you have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up with exposure across multiple functions. We expect associates to progress quickly, becoming confident at dealing with our consultant and client base and knowledgeable about the market. This rapid progression leads to the opportunity to take full commercial ownership of customer relationships. To begin with you'll be engaging with our global network of consultants; bringing more into the network and connecting with existing consultants who will be in demand from our clients. As you develop your knowledge of systems, confidence in communications you'll take on client-facing activities and build similar relationships with our customer base, in one or more of our core segments, to deliver successful consulting projects and revenues. REQUIRED: * Degree educated, with a 2:1 equivalent or above * Agile mind-set with the ability to work fast and open to change * Excellent command of the English language (both verbally and written) * Hard working and ambitious, with a desire to succeed in a commercial environment * Collaborative team player, looking to contribute across the wider business * Desire to learn, improve and undertake additional responsibilities DESIRABLE: * Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter * Understanding of the Management Consultancy Industry Apply for this Job
