Job Description
Recruiter: The Little Foxes Club Position : Tennis Coach Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday from 16:00 and 18:00. Optional hours available around your schedule: Saturdays and/or Sundays. Shift times will range, with the earliest start time being 08:30 and the latest finish time being 12:30. We are looking for a confident and dedicated person who is able to work as part of our growing team. You must have a keen interest in sports coaching, teaching or childcare and be able to interact and engage with children of various age groups. You must have a passion for what we do and can contribute to the continuous development of the club. Daily tasks include : * Delivering fun and engaging sports sessions for children aged from 5 years to 11 years * Maintaining health and safety standards * Promoting the brand in a positive way at all times * Setting up and packing down sports equipment * Liaising with customers to provide feedback, discuss their child's development and to promote upcoming events and services Essential Requirements: * LTA Level 1 qualification or a relevant alternative * Previous experience of sports coaching or working with children within an educational environment * Excellent verbal communication skills * Can commit to Saturdays and/or Sundays on a weekly basis Desired Requirements: * LTA Level 2 qualification or a relevant alternative based on previous experience with children * Be comfortable as a lead coach from the first day * Has worked with beginner to performance level players * Previous playing experience * First aid qualification All applicants are required to have a valid fully enhanced DBS check, which we can help you obtain.
