Job Description * To Install and commission the installations of small works security solutions, incorporating but, not limited to, IP and analogue CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, PIDS, VCA and Door Entry Systems, ensuring that delivery is compliant to contractual provisions and to report progress, liaise with Project managers and clients. * To produce bespoke commissioning documentation and to complete all commissioning documentation necessary for NSI compliance. * To train end users and provide a record of completion on the above systems. * Provision of internal and client reporting. * To support operational teams by communicating issues/problems and to aid in finding technical resolutions. * To work with colleagues in developing integrated proposals. * To provide all records of system completions, commission and training documents to meet with NSI standards. * Other duties as required. * Qualifications * Previous experience as a commissioning/install engineer * Able to commission the following access control systems preferably to an Enterprise level; CEM, C Cure 9000, Janus/Sateon, Lenel, Paxton * Able to commission IP and analogue CCTV systems to a VMS level such as Milestone * A working knowledge of NACP Codes of Practice standards * Demonstrable knowledge of Network topologies &configuration * Experience in database management & migration * Proven expertise in determining & programming Cause & Effect * An accomplished problem solver * Self motivated and reliable * Will be familiar with working in CNI, Rail, SEMD, Government and, Corporate environments * Adaptable and willing to work in a flexible fashion * Good communication skills with Clients & team members Additional Information Additional Information Benefits : * Access to free training * 20% Discount card from client, after successful completion of probation * Pension Scheme * Company rewards and benefits, including leading retailer discounts * Cycle to work scheme * 25 days holiday * Company mobile phone provided It's the little things that count - On top of the usual rewards you'd expect to see from a large company, such as - holidays, pension, childcare vouchers and cycle to work schemes, we also provide many extra benefits to enhance our people's well-being and enjoyment at work.
