The Role As a finance operations manager forTestonAS, you will be both an operational leader in a fast-growing organization,and alsobe part of a global finance team focused on supporting the leading global human insights platform. You will oversee all finance and accounting activities forTestonAS and its subsidiaries, providing leadership and oversight of accounting activities, monthly reporting, financialplanningand budgeting, and collaborate with senior management of bothTestonandUserTestingon specialstrategic projects. You willreport to User Testing's Senior VP of Finance. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspect of financial and operations matters ofTeston, including day- to-day accounting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special strategic and operational projects relating toTestonand User Testing's growth initiatives across Europe Oversee payroll processing Manage account receivables, cash collections, and procurement, contracting and payments to vendors and consultants Support sales planning, forecasting and calculation of commissions Support sales contracting and deal desk process Ensure compliance with local legal requirements, tax filings (in collaboration with tax and accounting advisors), and enforce policies and procedures Manage financial reporting, bank accounts, and international funding transfers of other subsidiaries Work with audit firm for annual audit and outsourced accounting firm for booking services, monthly close, grant filings and other accounting activities Oversee expense reimbursement, office supplies, rent payments, etc. Assess and revamp operational tools and systems, streamlining existing processes and management reporting to provide better information flow and communications across the different offices and markets Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent. Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in a high-growth organization Active Professional Accounting or Finance qualifications for European markets a plus Ability to make decisions, work under pressure and the capacity to use good judgment in critical situations. Working knowledge with SaaS / Software experience preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate findings into relevant andactionablerecommendations and procedures Strong planning, organization, and strategic and tactical execution abilities a plus Team player with proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and to influence others Additional Information Besides a great work environment and the opportunity to change the world, we offer a competitive salary, benefits, plenty of perks, as well as stock options.
