Job Description
An opportunity not to be missed! Wigtownshire Health and Social Care Team are seeking to recruit a motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic individual to work within the award winning Pharmacy Support Team. You will be heavily involved in supporting the pharmacy team to deliver a pharmacotherapy service in GP Practices, working within a varied and stimulating mutli-professional environment to improve patient care. • The role will include prescription management and audit work within GP practices and provide operational and administrative support to the CH&SC Pharmacy Team • Joint working with other CH&SC colleagues will be routine, as well as with the multidisciplinary and professional teams within GP practices and Community Pharmacies. • The post holder will work closely with the Communication Department, updating social media and other communication channels as required • Communication with cottage and community hospitals, nursing homes and care agencies For informal enquiries please contact Leanne Drummond or Amy Robinson Tel: 01776 707724 or Email: leannedrummond@nhs.net / amy.robinson@nhs.net PLEASE NOTE - Applications for this post will require to be done via JobTrain, we cannot accept a paper/electronic application form.
