The Opportunity This role is situated in the Global Impact Group, which provides structured planning, project coordination and executive support to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and across her functional areas. The Individual Within this role, you will provide overall executive support to the Deputy CEO. This will include being the focal point for the Deputy CEO's programme of work. You will coordinate key priorities and projects, ensuring progress is tracked, liaising with key stakeholders across the federation, including Regional and Country Directors. You will also assist in planning and implementing external and internal engagement strategies which will require you to have strong administration, communication and time-keeping skills. Effective diary management, logistical planning (including arranging travel), developing systems and implementing support processes will mean that you will need to be able to balance many priorities at once.
