17619 Channel Marketing Specialist (Open) Position Type: Full time Location(s): GB.Woking.OfficeGB.London.Office Position Details: , Events Oversee the implementation of the EMEA event calendar comprising exhibitions, seminars and webinars, conferences and corporate hospitality * Identify and recommend exhibitions to participate at based on comprehensive analysis into delegate demographics and keep the Sales team informed of forthcoming events in the industry on a monthly basis * Manage CSG presence at exhibitions including stand booth design and build plus associated logistics i.e. internet connectivity, audio-visual, merchandise and collateral, lead scanner, staff accommodation * Identify and secure speaking opportunities for CSG subject matter experts to deliver thought leadership at exhibitions * Organise CSG hosted seminars, webinars and conferences including all associated logistics i.e. invitation and registration process, audio-visual, food and beverage, co-ordination of speaker presentations, staff accommodation * Create campaigns in Salesforce, design event landing pages and deliver integrated marketing plans to promote CSG events including social media and email marketing campaigns * Support the Sr. Channel Marketing Manager to conduct video interviews pre-event with the Senior Executive Team to promote CSG presence and onsite to report on event highlights Media Identify influential industry trade associations and media publications to raise brand awareness, deliver thought leadership, reach a wider target audience and enhance creditability by association * Content syndication: distribute CSG content including white papers and case studies to deliver thought leadership * Digital advertising: raise brand awareness of CSG with digital advertising campaigns * Identify all other opportunities including digital events and podcasts Digital Marketing Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns to generate new sales opportunities, deliver thought leadership and raise brand awareness to customers and prospects * Liaise with the social media team to implement regional sponsored content campaigns * Liaise with the digital marketing team to ensure Google Display campaigns are targeting relevant customers across the regions as well as captive audiences at industry trade events * Ensure Google Ad keywords are representative of the region and explore the benefit of keywords in local language Account Based Marketing (ABM) * Support the implementation of ABM plans to dedicated key strategic accounts to develop new business, upsell and cross-sell PR * Liaise with Regional Sales Directors to support the development of press releases and customer case studies Reporting * Compose and distribute a monthly marketing metrics report to key internal stakeholders including Regional Sales Directors Lead Management * Qualify sales leads in Salesforce and allocate to Account Managers accordingly Professional Working Behavior This role is accountable for professional working behavior to include; building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSG's Competencies and Core Values. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience. Experience * 3-5+ years B2B marketing experience in the technology (IT / Telecoms) sector- essential * Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns * Experience reporting on key marketing metrics * Strong event management experience * Ability to compose and oversee project management plans * Experience working with Salesforce and ability to create reports- essential * Proficient in Pardot email marketing- essential * Experience working with sponsored LinkedIn and Twitter, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Display- advantageous Employment Type: Full time
