Come and join us a Support Worker for our Milford-on-Sea/Lymington Outreach services in Hampshire ( experienced or not!) and you'll soon see why! We have full and part-time hours available. What will I be doing? You will be supporting three of our adults (aged up to 40) with a range of activities from the everyday living needs and 'must dos' (such as assisting with medications, supporting with attending health and medical appointments, moving and handling), through to the lighter side of life doing things like becoming involved with the local community, watching cartoons, accessing social groups in the community, going to the cinema and having a few games of bowling. socialising with family and friends. There is also some personal care involved with these roles. You'll be working shifts on a rota basis covering days with the occasional weekend. Firstly, you don't need experience to become a Support Worker but it's not easy. The work can be demanding and challenging at times but no 2 days are the same and the reward of seeing YOUR personal impact is incredibly inspiring and it's something you'll never forget.
