Our client is looking for I.T. Support Specialist


Responsibilities will include: 

Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.

Monitoring, escalating and resolving help desk requests.

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Resolving various system and network problems.

Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on user support devices.

Procurement and deployment of business user assets while maintaining inventory of spares.

Collaborate with staff at various levels to identify ways IT can assist the Company in achieving business and financial goals.

 


Position Requirements: 

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Professional certifications will be an asset.

At least ONE (1) years’ experience in a similar position/environment.

Self-motivated with strong self-management skills.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
