Purpose Working within the Procurement Centre of Excellence, across all of Global Procurement to: Embed end to end Syngenta sourcing processes in all procurement areas globally Deliver process driven new procurement solutions Accountabilities Ensure the functional capability of procurement develops by embracing new ideas and approaches, enhancing the professional insight of the function Support the strategic development needs of global procurement in terms of professional methodologies, business processes and support tools Develop, deploy and ensure adoption of such new procurement digital technologies, methodologies, tools and approaches Project manage the implementation of selected elements of the strategic development plans Constantly update and improve content and format of internal strategic sourcing process documentation, deliver training on how to run sourcing projects in a most impactful way and ensure full adoption of defined ways of working (CI, Lean, 6Sigma, Agile). Build strong relationships within procurement and adjacent functions and network throughout stakeholder base in order to see buyers requirements, interfaces to keep process and project work relevant for improvements and to deliver added value.
