Purpose Working within the Procurement Centre of Excellence, across all of Global Procurement to: Management of all aspects of Procurement: Policy, Process and Governance Drive Procurement improvements, efficiency and streamlining to help deliver service and business outcomes. Policy and Governance must be balanced with Speed, flexibility and user engagement To digitize and modernize the areas within scope and to make the applied Policy, Process and Governance, meaningful and of value to the function and the wider business Advise Leadership team on (external and internal) best practice and develop a forward thinking roadmap Accountabilities Own and continuously develop the policies, processes and governance that guide the Procurement function To externally engage with the intention to share and apply best practice insight on Procurement activity Through collaboration with all areas of Global Procurement: Lead, facilitate and drive improvements of the Procurement processes Development and ownership of the digital roadmap for Procurement for the areas within scope (tools, platforms, apps, services, visualization...) Partner with the Procurement function to guide and provide access to and learning on: Lean, Agile, Continuous Improvement methodologies To lead Project Management activity where appropriate utilizing PMO methodology Build content, document, design and own website and content that is in scope
