You will spend three years experiencing a variation of activities within or linked to the supply chain, with the opportunity to gain experience at different European locations, before entering your first career role in Syngenta. Who are we looking for: ** We recruit talented graduates with a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification with proven international working experience in a procurement, supply chain or business related field. We are looking for talents who: * Are either about to graduate or have recently graduated * Are mobile and ready to work anywhere within Europe * In addition to English, are capable of working (written & verbal) in one or more other European languages. * Have good analytical and interpersonal skills * Have project management experience combined with high learning agility are essentials * Are proactive with a proven ability to work in diverse teams * Have relevant internships or (student) work experience If that sounds like you then we would love to hear from you!
