Job Description

GSOC-EMEA Onboarding Training and Development Coordinator The GSOC-EMEA OTD Coordinator is primarily responsible for building, delivering, recording and tracking Onboarding, Training and Development Programs for Global Security, including GSOC Supervisors, GSOC Operators and GSS located at the personnel's site and at such other sites as may be identified by Facebook Management. In addition, the GSOC-EMEA OTD Coordinator will be in charge of proactively testing and verifying training to ensure that each program is effective in transferring information to the team, and that all team members are kept up to date with changes in protocols and procedures. When operational capacity peaks, the GSOC-EMEA OTD Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day operations and running of the site in cooperation with the GSOC Supervisor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * *Assist in day-to-day operations as required* * *Ensure that all services are performed in a professional and uniform manner by all team members* * *Take an active role in position related projects. The levels of responsibility will vary from consulting to owning projects based on the individual.* * *Manage the maintenance of tools and technologies and will manage vendor relationships.* * *Provide direct training and oversight of all training programs* * *Assist in the Recruitment, Onboarding and Training of all members of staff* * *Travel as needed in support of the operations* Skills and Attributes: * *Ability to contribute in analytical planning, critical review and problem solving.* * *Ability to build strategic vision and drive organizational change. * * *Strong organization and planning skill with the ability to work in and define ambiguity/gray areas. * * *Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with ability to work as part of a team. * * *Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines as well as the ability to manage in a fast-paced environment. * * *Proficient in using IT* * *Excellent verbal and communication skills.* * *Think through problems for logical solutions, and remain calm and professional under stress. * * *Strong decision-making ability during both crisis and non-crisis situations. * * *Able to work with highly confidential information. * * *Experience in training.* * *Experience in training large groups* * *Previous Security training background* Desirable Skills: * *Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development * * *Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience * It's the little things that count - On top of the usual rewards you'd expect to see from a large company, such as - holidays, pension, childcare vouchers and cycle to work schemes, we also provide many extra benefits to enhance our people's well-being and enjoyment at work.
