Job Description
We are currently recruiting to the role of Nurse Night Manager here at NG Healthcare. If you are a fully qualified Registered Nurse with valid PIN and have experience of leading and managing a team, then this may be the role just for you! This is a role where you will be working night shifts between the hours of 7pm - 8am on a 2 week rolling rota system which includes 3 shifts in week 1 and 4 shifts in week 2, breaks are fully paid for this role. We are a complex care centre, with 5 dedicated units, each unit is managed by a Unit Manager. During the night shift, each unit has its own dedicated nurse. This role involves the general management of whole site during nights, including allocation of staff, and you will liaise and work closely with each dedicated unit nurse and unit managers. To succeed in this role you will preferably have previous management and leadership experience, have the ability to effectively implement all policies and procedures, be an excellent communicator and be able to assess, develop and evaluate good quality care.
