North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust has exciting opportunities available for RNLD's and RNMH's within our Acute In-patient; Community; Neuro Psychiatry, Old Age Psychiatry and Learning Disabilities services who wish to work within our Temporary Bank Service. We have a strong ethos of multidisciplinary working and this is reflected on our wards with occupational therapy and psychology professionals within our ward teams alongside medical and nursing colleagues. It can also provide the opportunity to gain experience with the Trust as a precursor to permanent employment. To be successful in your application, you will need to have successfully completed Preceptorship, demonstrate your knowledge and dedication to high standards of patient care. You will need to be a reliable, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual, possessing excellent communication skills and be adaptable to changing situations. You will need to be friendly and approachable whilst remaining professional. It is essential that you are reliable, punctual and work well within a team environment, as well as working under Trust Policy and the NMC Code of Conduct.
