Job Description
We're looking for a Judging Operations and Delivery Manager to join our team in London and become an integral part of our Operations Function. Key responsibilities * Quality control, efficiency and productivity monitoring within relevant Lions * Part-management of seasonal staff during peak times of year * Supervision of judging and seasonal support staff on-site for relevant Lions * Assisting with all Creative Excellence operations and delivery * Running of operational aspects of Lions Regional Festivals * Assisting with traffic management and ownership of timelines and schedules * Assisting in the updating and future-proofing of all Creative Excellence processes and systems to achieve operational excellence. * Future-proofing of entry processes, systems and judging operations. * Develop expertise in the calculation and sign-off of all results and awards, including Special Awards * Assisting with recruitment, management and training of seasonal support staff Your experience * Able to lead a team effectively under pressure * Highly organised with superior project management capability * Flexible - must be willing to be involved with/lead on ad hoc projects beyond the core role * Superior prioritisation, organisation and delegation skills * Exceptional resource management skills * Eagled-eyed, pragmatic and detail oriented * Future focused and drives innovation * Sets high standards for self and colleagues * Patient, calm and composed under pressure * Ability to interact with high profile individuals * Self-motivated, accountable and sets own goals * Ideas and insight generation * Resilient and resourceful, open-minded and adaptable * Sets high standards for self and colleagues * Customer obsessed * Personable and approachable * Persuasive and professional - able to influence at all levels * Knowledge of Lions and categories What we offer Our benefits package incorporates what we're passionate about - unlocking your future, overall well-being and sustainability - whilst giving you control over your benefits. * 25 days of holiday per year - with the option to buy or sell between 1-5 days * Great learning and development opportunities * Pension, Private Medical and Dental Insurance plans * Life Assurance; Income Protection and Critical Illness covers * Option to opt into the Ascential Shares Scheme * Volunteering opportunities * Season ticket loans In addition, we offer flexible benefit packages that include Childcare Vouchers; Cycle to Work; Retail Vouchers; Gourmet Card; Gym Flex; Gadget Insurance, Health Assessments and Will Writing.
