Job Summary Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator/Coordinator to join our fast-paced close-knit EMEA HR team. You'll provide critical support to our HR and Recruitment teams as well as our wider employee population across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You'll also collaborate with our global HR operations and benefits teams based out of India and the Americas. The role touches every aspect of the employee lifecycle and working at an organisation like FICO means that in this role you'll be managing multiple projects simultaneously, engaging with stakeholders at every level within the organisation. What You'll Do * Create documents to support the employee lifecycle for employees across the EMEA region * Ensure that our human resource management system, Workday is updated and accurate * Liaise with our background screening vendor to ensure pre-employment checks are carried out in line with agreed SLA's * Absence management; including monitoring and tracking of sickness, maternity, paternity, dependents and compassionate leave * Collaborate with our external immigration lawyers to facilitate the appropriate work authority for members of our global team entering the EMEA region * Support the regional HR Consultants on a wide variety of employee relations activities * Partnering with HR Consultants and recruiters to deliver specialized recruitment projects * Managing ad-hoc queries from managers and employees * Raising and tracking purchase orders and liaising with our Finance team to pay invoices * Producing quarterly and annual statistical reports as required What We're Seeking * Educated to degree standard ideally in a HR or related discipline, or equivalent work experience * Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment as a HR Administrator * Experience of working with a human resource management system (ideally Workday) * Advance Microsoft Office skills required in Word and Excel * Experience of managing the UK immigration process * Confident written and verbal communicator * Ability to manage own workload and work efficiently to meet demanding timelines. * Ability to effectively listen to clients and understand their priorities and needs * Can do attitude, driven by a desire to delight you clients * Team player with the ability to work under own direction and prioritize effectively * Immaculate attention to detail * Sound reasoning skills; logical thinking; ability to see the big picture Our Offer to You * Flexible working practices, a lucrative base salary and bonus, enhanced family leave policies * A culture and work environment strongly reflecting our core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others. * The opportunity to make a difference by leveraging your unique strengths. * Opportunities to give back to your community, social events with colleagues.
